1. Core Access Membership
Join for £19/month and access member rates on selected recovery and wellness services.

2. Combined Sessions
Access reduced rates when suitable treatments are combined in the same visit, such as sauna + cryotherapy, compression + cryotherapy, or injury support combinations.

This keeps the structure flexible without overcomplicating your treatment plan.

Injury support may include localised cryotherapy, sports massage, soft tissue work, rehab advice or referral where appropriate.
